Pet Worm
A few days ago Jackson discovered a worm on our back porch. He was very interested in it and watched it for a good 10 minutes. He tried feeding it a rock at one point, but I think he smashed him. Later that day he brought the worm into the house asking me what was wrong with him. I didn't have the heart to tell him. After this incident I decided we need a little bucket or jar at our back door for Jackson's little friends. We're in training.
I decided to take a video of him with hopes of putting it on our blog. This is a huge accomplishment for me. (I figured it out all by myself! Good for me!)
February Really?
Doesn't this look like a perfect summer day?
I promise this picture was taken February 23.
Jackson is pitching to his cousin Cade, who was up visiting from Atlanta, Georgia.
He is wearing a birthday crown because we were celebrating Sophia's 4th Birthday!

Time out for Buzz Light Year!
This afternoon I heard Jackson saying, "Buzz, you hit Sophia again?" (who wasn't here by the way) "That's timeout!" and he put him on the stairs. I'm sure you can guess that is his timeout spot as well. After repeating this a few times he then proceeded to say, "I am going to spank your bottom Buzz for getting out of timeout!" and he did. Buzz got more spankings and timeouts today than Jackson has had all week. Impressive Buzz Light Year!

Don't let the bed bugs bite!
Thank goodness Jackson isn't afraid of bugs! Tonight after I put him in bed to sleep he got up immediately. I didn't think anything of it because he always does that. This time though he kept saying there's a bee in my bed. Nice imagination right? Wrong! Shawn went in Jackson's room to see what he was talking about and sure enough there was something that resembled a beetle on his pillow!!!!!!! Shawn took it and flushed it. Jackson then marched back in his room and got up in his bed to sleep. Now how many of you would have slept in that bed? Not me for sure! I'm so glad I haven't let my fear show, yet anyway! I actually had to check under my covers after that incident.
