Easter 2012

After Church Easter morning, we all headed over to the Diseths for an Easter Egg Hunt and dinner.
It was a great way to spend such a special day.

He is Risen.....

He is Risen Indeed!
Happy Easter!

Nana made the girls' dresses and hats, as well as the boys vests.
So cute!

This year we spent Easter with my side of the Family.
We met everyone at my Parent's Church, Aunties included.

Hilary was not happy to be having her picture taken.

After the service the Church put on an Easter Egg hunt for all the kids.
Here they are looking through all their loot.

Hilary now apparently happy to be having her picture taken. These two really do love eachother!

and so do these two!

"Jesus has overcome
and the grave is overwhelmed
The victory is won
He is risen from the dead"
 -Chris Tomlin, I will rise
Happy Easter!

Easter Egg Hunt with the Finnegan's

My friend, Laura, invited our Family down to her parents house for an Easter Egg Hunt (which was awesome by the way) and dinner. We have become friends with a great Family in our neighborhood and lucky us our kids all love hanging out and so do the grown-ups:)

Laura's Dad explaining the rules. My favorite is a tradition that evolved over the past few years for him. In 16 eggs there was a number, that number ment that it was the order you got to draw for money (bills: 1's, 5's and 10's).

Jack, Tayler and Ellee
They got to look for eggs in the front first.

Jackson had to be on his best behavior....he was in a "Cougar" household:)

It was a beautiful, sunny, warm day!

Aidan taking Ellee for a ride.
He was so sweet, he kept taking her for as long as she wanted to go.

We had a great time with our new friends and their very welcoming Family!

Coloring Easter Eggs with the Diseth Cousins

Coloring Easter eggs over Spring Break was a great way to spend a day....especially with cousins!

Ellee and Hilary picking out what stickers they wanted to put on their eggs.

W.O.W. These two look old here!

The Girls

This was a perfect set-up to color eggs.
Thank You Naomi, especially since Hilary spilled an entire cup filled with dye:)

I saw a trick on Pinterest, to use a whisk....uh, that would have been great to know these past few years with young kiddos.

Hilary had great concentration and dedication to that egg!
